At Clovertail, we want your experience to feel smooth from checkout to unboxing — including how your order gets to your door. That’s why we offer streamlined shipping, tracking, and support every step of the way.


Processing Time:


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. This processing time is included in the estimated delivery time ranges below.


Estimated Total Delivery Time (Processing + Transit):


United States:
4–13 business days

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 8–15 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier speed. Depending on the product, we may ship from warehouses in the United States or China.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, customs inspections, or peak holiday periods may occasionally add a few extra days.


Shipping Costs:


Free shipping
on all orders over $55 USD.

For orders below $55 USD, we charge a flat shipping fee of $8 USD per order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking:


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can:

Click the tracking link in your confirmation email, or

Enter your tracking code on our Order Tracking page on our website

to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.


Order Changes & Cancellations:


We start processing orders shortly after they are placed, so changes are time-sensitive.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at boop@theclovertail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to use our 90-day return policy after delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping Responsibility:

We ship all orders with tracking and coverage for any damage that occurs in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number, and

Clear photos or video of the issue

Once verified, we’ll either:

Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

Offer a full refund of the product price, and, where required, cover reasonable return shipping.

Please note: once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Clovertail is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery (for example, theft from your mailbox or an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout). In these cases, we’ll do our best to help you investigate with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
