Return and Refund

At Clovertail, we take pride in delivering quality and care with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right — simply and respectfully.

1. 90-Day Risk-Free Trial

You can try any eligible Clovertailproduct for 90 days from the date of delivery.

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason within those 90 days, you can return it for a refund under our 90-Day Risk-Free Trial.

Unless a product is clearly marked as “final sale” on its product page, it is covered by this policy.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns in two main situations:

a) Not satisfied / change of mind (within 90 days)

If you’re not happy with your product for any reason within 90 days of delivery:

You may return the product for a refund of the product price.

Products may be opened and lightly used during this trial period.

Please return all included accessories and packaging where possible.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns under this policy, so return shipping is free for you.

We may reduce or deny a refund if the product is returned severely damaged, missing essential components, or clearly misused.

b) Damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

Once verified, we will either:


Send a replacement at no additional cost, or


Offer a full refund of the product price.


In these cases, we also provide a prepaid return label when a return is required, so you do not pay return shipping.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at boop@theclovertail.com with:

Your full name

Order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

Photos or video if there is any damage or defect

Our team will guide you through the process step by step and provide the correct return address and a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Please do not send any items back before receiving return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees, if charged at checkout, are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you would like a replacement instead of a refund (for example, for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), reach out to us at boop@theclovertail.com. When applicable, we’ll gladly send you a new one at no additional cost once we’ve confirmed the issue.
