Do you offer gift notes or gift packaging?
At the moment, we don’t offer gift notes or gift wrapping, but many customers ship directly to the recipient.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $55. Orders below that have a flat shipping fee of $8 USD.

Yes. We offer a 90-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you’re not happy within 90 days of delivery, contact us to start a return.
Do you accept opened items?
Yes—items can be opened and lightly used during the trial period. Please include accessories and packaging where possible.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Banks can take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
