Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?


Yes—contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we can’t modify or cancel it.

I entered the wrong address—what should I do?


Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it.

Do you offer gift notes or gift packaging?


At the moment, we don’t offer gift notes or gift wrapping, but many customers ship directly to the recipient.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, estimated transit time is 4–9 business days. Estimated total delivery time is approximately 5–12 business days.

How much is shipping?


Free shipping on orders over $45 USD. Orders below that have a flat shipping fee of $8 USD.

Where’s my tracking number?


When your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link. You can also track anytime from our Tracking page.

My order hasn’t arrived—what now?


If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate and make sure you’re taken care of.

Returns & Refunds

I don’t like the product—can I return it?

Yes. Eligible Clovertail products are covered by our 90-Day Free Return policy.

Personalized, engraved, customized, and other products clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incorrectly produced personalized items remain eligible for support.

Do you accept opened items?


Yes—items can be opened and lightly used during the trial period. Please include accessories and packaging where possible.

When will I receive my refund?


After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Banks can take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Product & Support

My item arrived damaged or defective—what do I do?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo or video. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution. This does not limit our 90-day return policy.
