Delivery & returns

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process, followed by an estimated 4–9 business days in transit. Timing can vary; any order-specific estimate shown at checkout applies.

Try it with your cat. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Opened and normally used items are eligible. You do not need to prove a defect or justify why you changed your mind.

We provide a prepaid US return label for eligible returns from US delivery addresses. Clovertail pays the return postage; there is no restocking fee. Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will email your prepaid label and return instructions.

Refunds cover the amount actually paid for returned items after discounts, with applicable taxes. Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable.

Report damage or a defect within 30 days of delivery. Contact us promptly about wrong, incomplete, missing or inaccurately described items. We arrange an appropriate resolution and cover required return shipping for verified faults or order errors.
